NLZ Series
The NLZ series represents a range of compact variable area flow meters, characterized by their metal tube design and a face-to-face dimension measuring 250 mm. This series includes the NLZ 1000 (available in general and intrinsically safe types) and the NLZ 2000 (designed to be flameproof). Each model comes with various options such as a local indication type that lacks a power supply, and a field bus type. The NLZ series is capable of measuring flow rates across all processes and devices.
The standard construction material for parts that come into contact with the fluid is 316L stainless steel. Additionally, a fluororesin lining is available as an option for dealing with highly corrosive fluids. The series can be enhanced with optional indicator and transmitter functionalities including alarm output, 4–20 mA DC output, HART® communication, and FOUNDATION® Field bus. Importantly, the NLZ series has earned explosion-proof certifications including JPN, ATEX, IECEx, NEPSI, and KOSHA.
AM 7000
The AM7000 series, a range of metal tube variable area flow meters, is a progression from the popular AM-1000 series, capitalizing on the extensive manufacturing expertise of TOKYO KEISO Co., Ltd. in the flow measurement arena. To meet various requirements, these flow meters not only feature an extremely reliable mechanical local indicator but also come equipped with alarm contact outputs.
The series is designed using standard metallic materials and offers a wide array of lined materials, capable of handling nearly all types of fluids, including those that are highly corrosive. The AM7000 is a versatile flow meter suitable for monitoring all types of liquids, gases, and steam across a diverse range of industries.
AC Series
The AC series comprises variable area flow meters that utilize an acrylic tapered tube. The flow rate of the liquid is denoted by the position of the float and the markings on the tube. To enhance ease of handling and achieve cost efficiencies, the body of the flow meter is fashioned from PVC.
Different process connection requirements are accommodated through the availability of Rc thread, TS socket, and flange connections. To expedite delivery and further save on costs, the scales come standard with water calibration.
NE Series
The NE series represents a collection of glass tube flowmeters, each calibrated with standard scales for water measurement. By offering several standardized scales for each size, the series provides cost-effectiveness and prompt delivery.
